Great Sales Experience I came in for a Civic Si after the first dealer I visited seemed uninterested in selling me one. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Salesman Jeff Gyarmati was very friendly and knowledgeable. Sales manager Anthony Lidondici worked with me to get the car down to what I wanted to pay which was quite low but we soon reached an agreement and the sales process was painless. Finance Manager Sean McHugh was great and very efficient and did a great job explaining things. However, he refused to send me my license plates and expected me to make a 2 hour round trip to pick them up. However, Anthony authorized that they could be sent to me. Overall an excellent experience and an amazing deal. Make sure you visit Jeff G and Anthony! More
Honest Service Department I took my Civic Si in to get a wheel refinished. However, they are CNC machined wheels that need to be sent out to be repaired. When I saw the refin I took my Civic Si in to get a wheel refinished. However, they are CNC machined wheels that need to be sent out to be repaired. When I saw the refinished wheel, I wasn't exactly happy with the finish and I pointed it out to service director Anthony Marszalek who also agreed it was not perfect and they would send the wheel out again. The second time the wheel was nearly perfect, but Anthony understood that I would still notice the slight imperfection and decided that there would be no cost at all for the repair even though 99% of people would have not even noticed the minor imperfection. Unfortunately, I must say service manager Joel McComsey was pretty apathetic to my whole situation about having no alternate form of transportation while the wheel was being repaired as I could not get a loaner due to my age despite being promised one. He really had no reasonable solution for me besides to make my 40 mile highway commute on the temp tire with a 50MPH max limit which is an unreasonable and unsafe suggestion. Also, shuttle drivers Joe Castiglione and Frank Czepiga are two great guys. Long story short, Anthony is awesome, honest, and knows how to make the best of a situation. More

As usual i have visited a lot of Honda and Acura dealers in the tristate area to finalize zero down on my dream car. Some dealers were better than others but Hamilton was at another league. Anderson Collymore who was the sales person did a fabulous job and they way he handled the whole thing was really an experience. And we decided to go with this experience which was simply much more than the car features. At no point in this buying process i felt any pressure or people trying to up sale or cross sell stuff. There were simply no hidden costs and i was very happy with the way each and every price and process was explained to me. More
Selling price OK, poor extended warranty sale process We bought two new cars (in 2012 and in 2014) from Hamilton; both times, we did thorough pricing research early and approached their internet sales per We bought two new cars (in 2012 and in 2014) from Hamilton; both times, we did thorough pricing research early and approached their internet sales person Rich Goldstein, who gave the best price upfront in 2012, and Debbie Sellnow who further discounted the price in 2014. In 2012, we were unhappy with the finance people for two reasons: (1) they overcharged us for the extended warranty ($1500 vs $1000), and when we tried to use the warranty the first time, they played games to avoid promised coverage (we had to push hard to get the service done); (2) Even though we paid cash in full, the finance guys treated us with suspicion, where they took eh insurance off our trade-in, and then changed the terms of payment at eh last minute (refusing to take a check as promised, and forcing us to use an expensive wire transfer, while also refusing to provide a loaner car until the deal was done Overall: If you do your research upfront on price, and go in prepared, you can get a reasonable deal; don't trust the finance guys, don't overpay them for extended warranty (which covers a lot less than they promise you verbally (which they later deny after getting the money) Highlight: The sales people are surprisingly decent and don't try to trick you - which is saying a lot for any sales people ;-) Also, the free lifetime oil changes and car washes are a good feature, with a wi-fi enable waiting area. More
