I was recommended this dealership by a friend who received a great deal on a Honda when buying for her teenage daughter. They gave her the lowest possible price the first time without any of the shady complications or "deal making". When I went in on her recommendation, it was exactly the same experience. From the moment we walked in the service was friendly, the salesman was not pushy in the least and allowed us time alone to look at all the cars, he then gave us the cheapest and extremely reasonable price for the lease and monthly payment (I had gone to other dealerships prior to this who offered much higher prices), and lastly the finance manager was friendly and very informative. They did not try to sell us anything extra except an insurance that the offered for $14 a month that was practical and useful. A fantastic experience all around! More

Al was awesome. Right away he started showing me cars that may be within my budget and kid friendly. I eliminated one because of not so good reviews and also distance. Decided on this dealership because of good reviews and proximity (easier access than the other dealership). Having been an Acura customer for a long time I wasn't sure how difficult it would be to deal with Honda sales. I was pleasantly surprised, as the sales person handled the whole process professionally (no hard selling). I test drove couple of cars and the next week I completed the purchase with very minimum haggling (I already researched the prices on the internet). The only downside, I should say is that you'll need to have a fair amount of time (& patience) either to test drive or purchase a vehicle. More

New car purchase after MVA I found myself in need of a new car after being T-boned by someone who did not see their stop sign. Due to the amount of my injuries, I was very fear I found myself in need of a new car after being T-boned by someone who did not see their stop sign. Due to the amount of my injuries, I was very fearful of buying a new car, even riding for the test drive was scary for me and driving a new car home? Never thought I could do it! But our salesman, Anderson Collymore was so patient with me and explained everything so well, I did it! I can't thank him enough for helping me get over that personal milestone!!! But that wasn't all he did for us. He was able to get me the car I wanted with all the safety features that would be of comfort to me, luxury perks that were just a bonus gift, for a price I could afford without that "pushy car salesman attitude" that I have experienced at other dealerships. Now let me tell you about the dealership...free car washes and routine oil changes, air filters etc for life of the car, unbelievable perks if you do have to wait while work being done and don't avail yourself of their cars or shuttle service. I have been been buying cars for forty years and never thought servicing could ever be so easy! Now down to the nasty stuff...financial business was made so easy and comfortable by Xinru (Lilly) Li. When does that ever happen when buying a car or anything else for that matter?!?! So to sum it up, I can't recommend Hamilton Honda enough and would highly recommend your asking for Andrew Collymore to assist you! If you find the perfect car for your family, ask for Lilly to help you through the financial process. They were wonderful!!! More
