Becky was great at finance paperwork. Best thing was Both Becky and Humburto stayed with me as late as 10:45 pm to accommodate my last minute change in request. They could have easily ask me to come next day, which they did offer me as an option but as I preferred to stay late and finish the paperwork, they stayed late with me. Ali was like new guy on staff who took us for ride earlier during the evening. He was very easy going and nice person to work with. At time of delivery Humburto explained in detail all the functions of car. Simply great experience. More

Simply Amazing! I usually dread car dealerships but when my dear wife decided she needed a new car I braced myself for the worst. She went "looking" with her dad I usually dread car dealerships but when my dear wife decided she needed a new car I braced myself for the worst. She went "looking" with her dad this past Saturday morning. She came home around 2pm and was raving about her visit to Hamilton Honda. She said she test drove the Ridgeline and fell in love with it on the spot (she should have after months of research and trying to decide what she wanted - lol). She hesitantly asked me if I wanted to go down and look at the Ridgeline. I managed to contain most of my groans and eventually ran out of excuses and agreed to go with my low expectations kept to myself. From the moment we arrived something felt different. Humberto greeted me like an old friend and showed me around the vehicle. He answered all of my questions and then some. He went on-line and walked through trim options to help us decide. So far so good I thought to myself. Then we met Matt to initially discuss finance options. After reaching a mutually agreeable price, we agreed to return Tuesday at 10am to finalize details. Total time at the dealer so far - 1 hours. We arrived Tuesday at 10am and Humberto came out to meet us. We went over the vehicle information before going into Matt's office - the moment I dread! Now I had come armed with financing, GAP and extended warranty prices and mounds of research from USAA. Matt simply asked for the chance to meet those prices and earn our business. I agreed and he beat every category!!! I was actually beginning to think something was wrong with how easy the process was going. Within 45 minutes we had everything signed and I was thrilled with my HondaCare extended warranty and Platinum package. Then it was back out to the Ridgeline for a 30-minute tutorial with Humberto to ensure my wife knew how to work her new bells and whistles. Then I kissed her goodbye and headed home - knowing that my wife would take the long way home and be a while!!! Overall, Humberto and Matt were an excellent team! They never pressured us, answered questions and made sure we understood every step in the process. I can't wait to visit Hamilton Honda for service or just to pop in and say Hi to the guys. As I drove away, it hit me as to what was different about the experience and why this is how car buying should be - they treated us like family! More

Jeff Breza took such good care of us, explaining in full detail how the cost is constructed and even compared with another dealership's price. He took the time to answer all my questions and we arranged to finish the deal the following weekend, meanwhile he kept in touch with me throughout the week, keeping me updated on the process, and even got us in and out in 2 hours! Also, Dan Balling was very helpful in explaining all our options and making sure everything was clear. Both made the experience not so terrible, but actually enjoyable! Overall, great experience - I would recommend them to anyone, and over other Honda locations. I highly recommend Jeff - do yourself a favor and ask for him when you go! :) More

The salesman was very thorough and knowledgeable and took us through every detail of not only our vehicle that we purchased but also the company's history, which was great to get the background. Not once did I feel as though he was being pushy or leaning me toward something I didn't want. I am amazed by how many bonuses are offered like customer loyalty, free oil changes and car washes. I will definitely be coming back in to purchase another Honda again as I have never felt more welcomed in a dealership ever. More

Ms Stacey Fox-Raker was The Best sales women I have ever met in a Car Business Industry. Stacey gave me a tour of entire facility explaining minor of the minor details with utmost interest showed me the Odyssey which I was looking for explained me all the features in detailed tool my request to the Manager Anthony Lidoncidi aka (Lido)(Sales Manager) who spoke to me with great deal of respect which made me feel at home and ease, about my Car buying experience Lido discussed all the probabilities of my request. Stacey and Lido were Excellent, Outstanding people I have ever come accross in a Car Dealership with such a dedication and professionalism they showed with no pressure what so ever. I am impressed with Hamilton Honda. Although we could not agree upon the price I would still not regret that a bit on the contrary I would recommend Hamilton Honda to my friends and family. He was incredibly friendly & explained everything I needed to know in a way I could understand. It was so refreshing to get my car serviced by a place where I didn't feel like I was being pushed to get extra work done. Also, they have a great waiting area! It was comfortable, there is a cafe, tv's, and my kids loved the kids play area. It was all very clean too! I was done in a very timely manner! I will definitely be going back & would recommend to anyone! More

The 2 advisors they had working for them (that knew what they were doing) have quit. I took my car in for service a little while back and it was GREAT dealing with Jonathan and Jason. I went in recently for routine maintenance and found out both of them had quit for better places/other opportunities. I was reluctant to deal with someone else but I was already there. While Harvey was not my service advisor, the way he talked to the other customers and just assumed they were stupid, I found quite offensive. The Lady who helped me, I don't remember he name, was ok but I felt like she was taking advantage of me. I politely declined the work they said I needed and went to another local dealership. I had them check it and turns out I didn't need half of the stuff they recommended. The stuff the other dealership verified, I had done. I have to say I found a new home for my Honda service and will tell everyone I know with Hondas to go to that dealership as well. I also think this post may be deleted because I have witnessed with my very own eyes, the service manager or whoever he is, give a guy everything he needed on his older car if "he takes his review down that night". I do not want Hamilton Honda to contact me to remedy the situation, because it has already been remedied by another local dealership. More
