I went to Hamilton Honda because they had the Accord Hybrid EXL that I wanted and sold it to me at a very fair and competitive price. I basically bought this beautiful car - sight unseen! Rich Goldstein was my first contact via the net and sent me a price quote - a quote that no other dealer was willing to either match or even offer. I visited the Dealership to see " my new car" and, as promised, found it tucked away with a "sold" sign on it, along with my expected pick- up date the following Saturday. From there, Ira Doubert was my personal sales consultant and everything couldn't have gone any smoother. He took me for a test drive in a basic Hybrid and explained everything I needed to know. That Saturday I picked up my new, immaculate vehicle. Once again, Ira sat with me and went over all the technology and even imputed my cell into the Bluetooth system. I then had the pleasure of dealing with Hamilton's Finance representative, Michelle Gray. Every Dealer Finance Rep. should be like Ms. Gray. Courteous and professional - same as Ira & Rich - my paperwork was explained, completed & signed in under 20 minutes. Overall, I bought the exact car I wanted in a stress free environment with a committed, knowledgable, professional and consumer friendly staff. Also, the physical plant/ building is clean and looks brand new. And lastly, I must add, that this dealership is ninety-nine miles distant from my residence in NY. But this was one trip worth taking. They throw in free oil changes and car washes for the life of the car, and it doesn't get sweeter than that. I got the price I wanted for my trade in and a very good price on the car i bought a 2011 mitsubishi outlander. I would highly reccomend the dealership for a new or used car.
