This was an easy decision. We previously leased a Honda CR-V from Hamilton Honda and we were very pleased with the deal and the performance of the vehicle. On Dec 20 I had my 2007 CRV in for an oil change while picking up my new Pilot. I attempted to use the coupons for the interior cleaning and shampoo but had to reschedule. I had the detailing done and was also concerned about my brakes so I had them check them. They checked the brakes and fortunately they were ok. They even called to keep me up to date as to the status of my car. Very refreshing to see honesty in a service deapartment. I'm a new customer but the sales experience I had with Humberto for my new Pilot and the service experience I had with Jose, Roree and Victor on my CRV guaranteed my return to Hamilton Honda for all my future service needs. I did quite a bit of shopping for the best price on a 2014 Pilot Touring. Got some internet quotes from some dealers in north and south jersey and one from pa. After a very good out the door quote from Merle we came in and met Humberto. He was very personable and professional. He brought the car for us to look at and gave a compete detailed overview of the vehicle after a test drive. There was no pressure. After all our negotiations and options they honored the internet price even though it had a mistake in my favor. They were very willing to do everything to make us happy. We made arrangements to pick it up a week later and did. The delivery was one of our best experiences. We observed a few minor things after the final inspection and they corrected them immediately. They did everything to make it perfect before we left the building. True Professionals wanting to make the customer happy. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a Honda.
