Hamilton Honda

I had the best experience with Hamilton Honda. I initially wanted a CRV but decided to purchase a RAV4 because the initial quote was less. However, I had a terrible experience with the Toyota deale initially wanted a CRV but decided to purchase a RAV4 because the initial quote was less. However, I had a terrible experience with the Toyota dealership and decided to keep looking for my CRV. I asked for a quote online from every Honda dealer within a reasonable distance and was surprised by the quote I received from Rich Goldstein of Hamilton Honda. His quote was substantially lower than any other dealer, so much so that other dealerships couldn't believe it when I shared the price. When I came in I was introduced to salesman Jonnie Brown. Mr. Brown was so pleasant, knowledgeable and honest. There was no high sales pitch or running back and forth to the manager's office. I had my financing done through my credit union and when I came to pay for the vehicle, salesman Jonnie Brown took my insurance information and made sure the car was ready which took about 15 minutes. The finance manager had me sign the paperwork which also took about 15 minutes. Following that, I once again saw Jonnie Brown who told me everything I needed to know about how to operate the car which took about 20 minutes. Believe it or not, I was out the door with my new car in less than an hour. I would recommend this dealership and in particular salesman Jonnie Brown to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. I purchased my 2011 Honda CRV from this dealership and was so impressed with the Salesman Dan that I came back when my lease was finished to purchase my next car. I ended up getting another CRV and once again, I was met with great professionalism. My husband came with me this time and stated that he will get his next car from this dealership because he was so impressed with the employees. Dan is a great asset to this dealership. I don't like buying cars because I dislike being rushed but I have yet to feel this way about this dealership. Kudos to you! More
