I came to Honda of Hamilton on the advice of a friend who bought her Honda Pilot a few weeks early and had a great experience. Dan was amazing. From the minute we met my daughter and I felt comfortable. He know every detail about the Pilot and explained everything before I even drove the car. I was undecided whether to buy a Toyota or Honda. Dan was the main reason I choose the Honda Pilot. I felt like I know every detail about the Pilot and from the Toyota dealer I learned nothing unless I asked a question. I went back to negotiate the price a couple of days after my test drive and I felt like Dan was a friend and the negotiation was not stressful at all. He wanted me to be happy with the purchase. After finishing the paper work Dan spent time showing me how to connect my phone and all the details of the heating, cooling and radio systems.
