From test driving a few different cars, getting a FULL tour of the ENTIRE facility, price negotiation, assistance with paperwork, to having my car shined, Dan helped us with the highest level of professionalism (and was at no point pushy, nor did we feel rushed).Dan's knowledge of Honda products is both extensive & impressive;he was able to answer each and every question that we had (and mind you, we asked away!) Dan went as far as helping me program my blue tooth and speed dials in my new 2013 Honda Accord LX. He showed me every last detail on the interior and exterior of the car. Every dealer I had went to prior to this had tons of hidden fees and costs. Saw a newspaper ad about a great deal at Hamilton Honda and immediately predicted the crazy fees that would ruin the deal when hidden fees and costs. Hamilton Honda Service Center Review: I got to my Hamilton Honda Service Center Review: I got to my service appointment on time at 8:40am and was directed by the valet person to talk to Service Adv Hamilton Honda Service Center Review: I got to my service appointment on time at 8:40am and was directed by the valet person to talk to Service Advisor Brian Michalowski. He immediately gave me a loaner car for the day while the car was in service. He was very courteous and customer service oriented. I told him that I drove all the way from NYC to come here for a timing belt service which at the time they had a special for $389 which includes (Timing Belt, Drive Belts and Water Pump). The tensioner was not included which only added $98 to the price totaling $487. This price was very competitive comparing the Honda dealership in my local area. They did a full multi-point inspection on my 2004 Honda Pilot showing me full report on what needed attention or repairs. The Honda Master technician Pedro showed me the engine mounts and struts that needed to be replaced. It was definitely a great experience and they knew what they were talking about. It addition, I requested all parts changed to be saved and be returned to me which they did. They have exceeded my expectation in terms of customer service experience. Brian and the parts department manager (Jeff) has worked with me on pricing of the parts because I was determined to do all the recommended repairs all in one shot including changing fluids (ie: oil and transmission fluid changes). To top it off the car was washed for free before returning the car to me. I highly recommend Hamilton Honda and will come back for future services. Great job to Brian, Jeff and Pedro! More
