All I shared with him was that no matter how it turned around here all I knew that I will be having a car as my child is about to drive to college in a week. Ira was very patient, professional, knowledgeable, and most important "NOT PUSHING". I let him do his tour his way. When we sat down around the empty table all I asked to bring me a calculator, pen, and a plain paper. And here "game" began. I have to give him a credit - he calmly stood his ground without almost "leaving me" to manager's corner. He actually did it twice, but second time it was already with my final proposal. Well, I got what I expected to get. Except, that I planned to get delivery a week later. But, I did not regret that I drove away the same day. Ira never showed that he was in hurry as I noticed customers were waiting later on during that nice Saturday day. When we agreed on numbers, I had to go back to the lot and pick the color I wanted to have. When I had had my test drive earlier I just picked the car, which was also new, to have it driven and see how it was fro driving experience. Then we both went back to the lot and I took time to pick the suitable color. Needles to say, their inventory back then was in abundance. This is basic model, has so many perfect super features, and I'm very excited about this. So far, my whole family has a very good and pleasant experience with our new car More

My first encounter was with Mike Fanning. I called and asked for Mike, whose name I had obtained from a friend of a friend. It wasn't only the price that pleased me but his clear and detailed explanation of exactly how the price was arrived at made me feel like I was dealing with the right people. The following day I called Mike to confirm my decision to purchase the 2013 Pilot we had discussed. Mike had Dan Balling call me to discuss details of the upcoming delivery of the vehicle. I met Dan in person on Tuesday, 8/13, the day I picked up the Pilot. He was as pleasant as could be but besides that he had a knowledge of my vehicle well beyond what I have come to expect from sales people. He was able to explain the vehicle to me in a very understandable manner and was most patient in answering any and all followup questions I posed to him. He also invited me in a very sincere way to call him with any additional questions that should arise in the coming days and weeks. I completed the transaction with Becky Morrone. She was a pleasure to deal with. She did make me aware of all add-on protections that were available to me. I appreciated the fact that she acted more like a friend offering advice rather than a pushy sales person. Top to bottom, this car purchase is up there as one of the most pleasant I've ever experienced. More

The service here was great. I've taken my car here a few times now and have gotten great service each time. They did a great job performing the service I was there for, and taking care of two problems I few times now and have gotten great service each time. They did a great job performing the service I was there for, and taking care of two problems I didn't know about until I brought my car in there. The service advisor was super nice and great at explaining what needed to be done to my car. Definitely going back here again. :) More
It took some negotiating, and it wasn't easy, and I was about to walk out, but the dealer worked with me. That's why I work hard to keep my credit excellent. Not one penny down. I started with Adam as my sales rep around 8:30 p.m. at night on a weeknight, but he was off the next day, the day I would be taking delivery of the car. I was introduced to Ira. I absolutely loved him. He was thorough. (I am a perfectionist, and I had a lot of questions about some of the computers in the car such as the bluetooth feature). He went over the entire car with me so I knew how to use everything. He was very patient. Also, he showed me the free car wash area, and the service area (they give free oil changes). When I came back to get my plates a week later, I spoke to the car wash people about some sticky gooey substance that had appeared on my car. I was told it was pine sap, that it would require a $79.00 detail to get it off. Ira took some cleaner they had right there on the premises and removed every last stain. WooooHooo!!!! made me very happy. Overall, has been a great experience. The car is running well, they made the price affordable, and the service I was given was EXCELLENT. Thank you Ira!!! More

From start to finish, my experience with Hamilton Honda was great. I initially went to check out a car, on one of the hottest days of this summer... when Dan came up and asked if he could help me I was not was great. I initially went to check out a car, on one of the hottest days of this summer... when Dan came up and asked if he could help me I was not in the best of moods, the heat had defeated me for the day. He brought me inside and gave me his card, asking some initial questions. He was very friendly and understanding of the situation. I did make an appointment with him for the following Monday. I kept my appointment, and I am glad I did. Dan showed me around the whole facility, the showroom, waiting rooms, the car wash, where they detail cars, where the work on the cars and everywhere in between. He worked with me so I got the deal that I was looking for. When it was time to sign the papers I met with Michelle who was just as helpful. There was an issue with the title of my trade in (always check your title to make sure the information, right down to the mileage, is correct!) that would have delayed me getting my new car, but Dan and Michelle worked with me and I left with my new car. A great team! A great experience! More

We purchased a fully-equipped Pilot Touring. From the beginning of the process up to the time it was time to drive off the lot, Ira and Ian were professional, courteous, and honest. Every promise made in the beginning came to fruition when we signed the documents. Ira's professionalism is unmatched in the car-buying industry. This is our third Pilot, but the first two were purchased/leased at a different dealer. We thought we received excellent service in the past, but it pales in comparison. I would recommend anyone who's looking for a car to visit Hamilton Honda and if you can, work with Ira! More
My wife and I purchased a 2013 Odyssey EX-L thru Robert Hernandez earlier this month. We were up there based on an internet quote. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted by Robert. Initially there was a mix up on the vehicle quoted on line. Nevertheless we regrouped and with Robert's great help and professionalism we were able to close a deal on the Odyssey. Robert took the time to show us the features on the new vehicle and even set up the entertainment/wireless Bluetooth. Mike Bendar in Finance was also very professional and explained to us thoroughly all the documents that we were signing.
