Visited two dealerships in the area - one really bad young salesman and the other a wonderful young salesman. Went on-line and received quick response and a good quote from Wendeanne of Hamilton Honda. I visited them on July 4th, and purchased the car from Adam Welch, a really wonderful young salesman. I found him to be pleasant, patient with my questions, and thorough in his knowledge of the car. Sean, in the finance office, was capable, competent, and a pleasure with whom to work. It's a fantastic car that exceeded high expectations- it sells itself - Accord A++! It's the people who sell the dealership - Hamilton Honda A+! I've had my 2001 Civic serviced at Hamilton since I started driving it in 2010. The service department is great, providing careful attention to my car's needs and to my pocketbook as well. More
Steve Seidner, my salesman, made me feel comfortable and welcome, quickly dealing with my returned vehicle and finding out what I was looking for in a new car. He was able to give me the car I wanted, in the color I wanted and have it prepped and ready for me to take all in an afternoon - a wonderful experience! Rebecca quickly handled the paperwork for leasing the car and made it feel like fun (really!). It was also great to see familiar faces from my visit to the showroom three years ago and particulary nice to have them stop over to welcome me back to HH. This is my second leased car from Hamilton Honda and it was just a continuation of the pleasurable experience I've had for the last three years - looking forward to continuing the relationship! More

Thanks to Dan Corcillo and Matt Andrews, my experience leasing my very first car was great! Dan guided my parents and I around the lot, showing us car models that fit what I was looking for. He didn't pressure or rush us in any way, which made choosing a car as stress-free as possible. After the initial test drive, Dan gave us a tour of the dealership, including where we could go for free oil changes and car washes. Aside from the wonderful customer service and efficiently-run facility, the leasing prices are reasonable considering the high value of any Honda vehicle. As a recent college graduate, my main concern was being able to find a lease with affordable monthly payments. Having Dan as a Sales Consultant eased my worries and my wallet. Matt, the Business Manager, worked with Dan to get me the most for my money, and he took the time to explain all of the paperwork, insurance options, etc. (and he even bought us lunch at the "Honda Cafe"). Overall, I left Hamilton Honda with all of my questions answered and a great new car at an affordable price. I absolutely recommend this dealership! More

Walking into this dealership it's beautiful. They way every thing is set up nothing should go wrong .I came to the dealership for my brakes. I rolled to the service bay and was greeted by a service man every thing is set up nothing should go wrong .I came to the dealership for my brakes. I rolled to the service bay and was greeted by a service man took my info and told me to go to the teller . She got me set up and was happy to find out they would come pick me up from my home after everything was done . I ask about the coupon. And she took it in . I got a ride home and waited for the call. I got a call when the car was done and their was confusion about pricing and the shuttle . I got upset. I spoke with Jose and Joel the service manager .I really felt like he wanted to earn my business , Apologize a lot to the point were I couldn't be mad anymore. He takes his service department very serious and does not want one customer to leave unhappy. He gave me such a awesome discount it was unbelievable . It makes me very happy he took the time to address my issue and LISTEN . Which is huge in the car industry . Thank you. Jose and Joel . More
