Walking into this dealership it's beautiful. They way every thing is set up nothing should go wrong .I came to the dealership for my brakes. I rolled to the service bay and was greeted by a service man every thing is set up nothing should go wrong .I came to the dealership for my brakes. She got me set up and was happy to find out they would come pick me up from my home after everything was done . I ask about the coupon. And she took it in . I got a ride home and waited for the call. I got a call when the car was done and their was confusion about pricing and the shuttle . I got upset. I spoke with Jose and Joel the service manager .I really felt like he wanted to earn my business , Apologize a lot to the point were I couldn't be mad anymore. He takes his service department very serious and does not want one customer to leave unhappy. He gave me such a awesome discount it was unbelievable . It makes me very happy he took the time to address my issue and LISTEN . Which is huge in the car industry . Thank you. Jose and Joel . More

Rasaq helped guide us through the process from the time I entered for a test drive until we left the lot after purchase. He was 100% right! I chose to wait at least a month to write a review because I wanted the excited to calm down so i can be as honest as possible. The experience, staff, environment and vehicle is amazing and my family HIGHLY recommends Hamilton Honda. Even after returning to the dealership after I made the purchase, I was still treated with the same respect. The dealership also has a complimentary car wash, During my car search, I visited this dealership and Princeton Honda - there is a reason why I made a final purchase decision at Hamilton Honda! Even though it is a great bonus, it is not that great. This is very minor compared to the overall amazing service I have received and will continue to receive at Hamilton Honda. More
