During final signing of lease papers, an error needs to be corrected. Humberto, the Sales Manager and Finance Manager made it a better deal than original deal, what we signed, to Satisfy us. we also take our Accord for regular service and like the honesty of their service. My friend/colleague recommended Dan Balling when we first began our search for a car. Before we could ask for Dan, he greeted us as we browsed the inventory. A manager got involved with the negotiations; however I found him to be pushy, and I would have much preferred to work with Dan the entire time. I recently bought a new Honda Civic and they were the only dealership that actually listened to our requirements and how much we were willing to pay for the car.
