Al Castka recently helped my son buy a new Honda Civic. I was with my son when he negotiated the buy with Al. When it was time for my wife to buy a car we came and specifically asked for Al. My husband purchase a Honda Accord from this dealership in 2009 from Zack. Zack was a friend to his sister and treated my husband like he was a celebrity. This dealership is unbelievable good! We had very bad experience with our old car (We get Certified Car from Giuffre Hyundai 7 years ago with frame damage and TMU without our knowledge until trading) and experience with our old car (We get Certified Car from Giuffre Hyundai 7 years ago with frame damage and TMU without our knowledge until trading) and we're generally thinking all dealerships are cheating, lying etc. But our car broke down 2 times in a week and we had to get another car. I was so hesitant and stressful to find a dealership that we can work. When I Google I saw this dealerships's rating is very high and decide to give a try. When we go over there my husband told me if he doesn't like the salesperson and even if he feel they're not honest he will leave. When we go over there we met with Al Castka. He was very friendly and honest. Actually everyone over there are honest. You can say it from their body language and courtesy to you. We explained our situation and we told them we're looking for CR-V. Because this car's at one of the best car in consumer report and other rating companies. We had flawless experience with the all procedure and after a few hours we bought our very own first car. They even gave us one of their employer to drive new car to home because I have the permit and couldn't drive myself. Rebecca Morone is great too! She help us to get additional insurance and I think it's great because my husband was so worried about the service costs. Like I told you we had frame damaged car and we paid a lot of money for the repairs. Lifetime oil and filter change and general check up at the time and car wash was like dream... After 2 weeks we go over there again and bought our second brand new car. Al Castca was very busy at the time and he introduce us to Jeff Nagley which is also very good. Let's do not forget Carl Thompson, he was also spend some time with us for both cars and we feel like they're on our side not the Honda. Our experience for both purchasing is very very good. I also have to tell you we never thinking to get a Honda before but now we never think to get another brand car and work with another dealership. More
