Zack and his colleague stayed up late that night to help us test drive several cars in the stock. We were very impressed by his professionalism. When working on the insurance, we were disappointed to find out that our original insurance company could not process new auto insurance during the Thanksgiving weekend. Being very considerate, Zack offered us a complimentary 3-day car insurance so that we could drive our new toy around right away. The overall car shopping experience with Zack exceeded our expectation and we would highly recommend him to our car-hunting friends. More

My experience at Hamilton Honda was both surprising and pleasant. Due to the untimely demise of a family vehicle just after Hurricane Sandy, we went looking for a car. Our salesperson, Dan Balling, was the pleasant. Due to the untimely demise of a family vehicle just after Hurricane Sandy, we went looking for a car. Our salesperson, Dan Balling, was the next available one when my husband and I arrived without an appointment, and he took excellent care of us. Not only do they verbally claim to have a motto and culture which emphasizes customer service, it seems as if they actually found employees who buy into that. Half of our time there they were selling themselves, the dealership, and the Honda brand, and the other half the car itself. I've certainly never had someone try to sell me on a dealership before, but I have to admit, it was a big factor in finally purchasing our car there. Dan understood our price-range, both in terms of monthly payments as well as total overall cost. A lot of salespeople will only try to sell you on the first number, lengthening the financing term to get you to buy a pricier car, but Dan didn't try to upsell us to something more expensive. We intended to purchase a pre-owned, but ended up with a brand new Honda Fit which we're taking on a road trip to Florida - less than a week after purchasing it. You can see how time was a factor in our decision. While we had time constraints of our own, it never felt as if Dan was rushing us. We received a full tour of the facility, took three test drives (two for me, one for my husband), and walked (drove) through what a repair or oil-change service would be like. Apparently we get free oil & filter changes and car washes for the life of the car, too. All in all I felt relaxed and completely unstressed about an experience which is traditionally stressful and draining. Sure there was the usual banter about him being our advocate, sharpening pencils and trying to get the price lower - I think every car salesperson ever learns that speech - but there was a distinct lack of B.S. when we sat down with the numbers. Hamilton Honda understands that there are a ton of great cars on the market, and so they are trying to make their dealership different by offering a luxury/first class experience. I was already sold on the reliability and value of the brand, but they definitely won me over to their location. More

I sold a car to Hamilton Honda and leased a replacement. When it came time to finalize the deal, I realized that their procedure was for me to sign over my car and wait for them to issue a check in payment. I was more than a little dissatisfied with that procedure and, on a holiday, they got all of the others involved to expedite the process so that I could have a check immediately. This even involved getting the General Manager to come in to the dealership so the check could be signed. That's world class customer service! More
