I sold a car to Hamilton Honda and leased a replacement. When it came time to finalize the deal, I realized that their procedure was for me to sign over my car and wait for them to issue a check in payment. I was more than a little dissatisfied with that procedure and, on a holiday, they got all of the others involved to expedite the process so that I could have a check immediately. This even involved getting the General Manager to come in to the dealership so the check could be signed. That's world class customer service! More

We decided to go to Hamilton Honda, and I'm glad we did, because they did not make us feel that way at all. The large showroom is beautiful, clean, open, and very welcoming. Our salesman, Michael Bendar, was very friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. He took the time to explain all the "bells and whistles" in the car and did a demo of the navigation system for me. He provided outstanding service, and even called me a few days after I purchased the car to see if I had any questions and to make sure I was happy with my new car. The staff really went out of their way to make us feel like family. While we were working out the details, we had a friendly conversation with Carl and Sean McHugh. They wanted to help us get the best deal. There are several advantages to buying a car at Hamilton Honda: complimentary car washes and oil changes for as long as I have the car and they even have service on Sundays.
