I thoroughly enjoyed buying a new car here! There was no pressure and a true sense of caring about what I wanted and balancing the price. In fact he hadn't even set his briefcase down to begin his day when he saw that I must have looked a bit lost. He offerred me a brochure and explained the features of the CRV in the time that I permitted ( I needed to be out of there in 10 mins). In respect for my time as well Humberto suggested that I set up an appointment with him when I was ready to test drive the vehicle. I found Humberto to be professional, knowledgeable and an advocate. He ensured that I understood all that the dealership and service department had to offer (free car washes and oil changes!) as well as the environmentally responsible building design and use of car oil to heat the facilty. Humberto was thorough in the vehicle delivery process as well. He also invites you back to go over the features and operation of same as many times as needed. I felt he was genuine, as well, when he reminded me to call or stop back 24/7 with any questions or concerns. In fact I actually observed him assisting a past client of his who came in with a vehicle purchased over a year ago to get help with setting the blue tooth. Next, but certainly not least was the assist on paperwork close out and extended warranty plan explanations was given by Tammy. Again the experience was outstanding. Tammy answered all my questions and worked to fin a cost value plan that fit my needs. And finally Tony Servedio came over as a responsible manager to ensure that all items that should be covered in the delivery and entire sales experience were. Tony sought out feedback on Humberto and Tammy's performance as well as that of the overall dealership. He again invited me and family members back with any questions regarding the vehicle operation. I am thus far impressed! Humberto far exceeded my expectations! Hats off to Humberto! More

He was informative and attentive without being overbearing or pressuring. I told him exactly what I needed my payment to be and he was able to work with me to achieve my goal without going through the usual game of back and forth negotiations. Hamilton Honda itself was very impressive from their free oil changes for life of the car, to waiting area, which had a great area for children while waiting for your car to be serviced or detailed. I definitely plan on continuing to purchase my vehicles from Hamilton Honda and Patrick Sullivan. I recommend asking for Patrick if you choose to try them out, you will be surprised by his down to earth, professional approach to car sales. More
