The salesman that assisted me was fine . My issue is with the Sales Manager. I went there to get pricing for a new and a used vehicle and the trade value they would give me for my vehicle in an effort to dec the Sales Manager. I went there to get pricing for a new and a used vehicle and the trade value they would give me for my vehicle in an effort to decide what car would be the best buy for me. After spending over an hour, they would not give me any info because I said I was going to continue to look. I was told if I wanted that info I would have to come back when I was ready to buy so I would assume they would pull out the rest of their bag of tricks. A waste of my time and typical old school selling techniques. Went to Mike Piazza Honda and had a much better experience. Also, several tries to get info through the Internet and no reply. They seem to have a real arrogance problem at Hamilton Honda. More

Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have to admit with the free lifetime oil changes and car wash I was looking for some hidden charges, but I could not find any. The salesmen here have one goal: To sell you a car in an environment that least resembles a dealership. You have to ask a lot of questions. You have to name your own price, and get them down to it. Do not pay the sticker price, and get EVERY number lower than what they offer. These guys are a good sport about it, very knowledgable about the specific vehicles. I highly recommend Patrick Sullivan thanks to his care free attitude and his willingness to help us get a good deal. If you talk to a finance manager, you should ask specifically for Sean McHugh. Be prepared to ask any and all questions about where your money is going, and what it is paying for. If you ask the right question at Hamilton Honda, it can make all the difference. More
