First, we LOVE Hamilton Honda's service; they are honest, knowledgeable and take great care of our Odyssey. However, we had a HORRIBLE sales experience when looking to purchase a new Accord on Saturday, J knowledgeable and take great care of our Odyssey. However, we had a HORRIBLE sales experience when looking to purchase a new Accord on Saturday, June 23. We requested an internet price quote and came in with that quote and our trade. We were met by Jon, who we immediately told that we had an internet price. We went to look at some cars and he insisted on showing us higher trim levels than we wanted and kept talking about how they 'capitalize' better; which they may but we kept saying that was not important to us yet he kept harping on it. On the test drive, with our daughter in the car, he took us down one of the local back roads and wanted us to slam on the brakes to show how well the car stops. I completely believe the car stops well and did not need to see a demo of this, especially with a child in the car, completely unacceptable. Then, to top it off, when we went to discuss price, his first 'best' price was above the internet price we got. When we pointed this out, he went in the back, discussed with some people, then Carl came out. Carl seemed very nice and apologized and said Jon had not followed procedure. We were promised that after an appraisal of our trade we would get updated pricing via email, but did not get that until Monday and not until we followed up asking for it. Our trade was valued at 1/2 of KBB value because of 'mileage' and prior repairs that meant it could only be sold wholesale. We never felt that they really wanted to sell us a car even though we went into the dealer ready to buy. We ended up getting an internet price from another Honda dealer that was $2,000 below Hamilton's 'best' price, and they gave us over $1,000 more for our trade, so we saved over $3,000; in the end it's a good thing we had the experience we did because it saved us a ton of money. We will keep going here for service but the sales side was a HUGE disappointment. Bottom line - More

I drove over 75 miles to visit this dealership due to a phone conversation with Lauren. She was extremely nice and prices looked good on line too. Last year I brought a 2011 Civic from Hamilton Honda and the experience was wonderful. Had I known that my son was going to be so tall I would've brought a CRV. So I called Hamilton Honda to see if it wou the experience was wonderful. Had I known that my son was going to be so tall I would've brought a CRV. So I called Hamilton Honda to see if it would be possible to trade up and I have to say, they hit the ball out of the park once again. I am quite sure that I will never go to another car dealership. The experience was so pleasant when I purchased my Civic and even better when I purchased my 2012 CRV and I had my 3 year old son with me. No only did they accommodate me they were great with him as well. He has always liked Hamilton Honda because of the play room and the cafe. Now he loves it because they helped him get his brand new big blue truck (my sons words)that he has affectionately named "Gilbert". There are a lot of 'extras' (car wash comes to mind) great service hours, that come with purchasing a new vehicle from here so I would not hesitiate to recommend this dealership/salesman to anyone whom was looking for a new vehicle.
