I very rarely write a review, but I felt it extemely nessary to write one about Hamilton Honda. My husband and I recently purchased a certified 2009 Pilot, which I absolutely love!! Although I love the truck, I cannot say enough about how great this dealership is! Everyone you meet from the instant you walk in the door is extremely friendly and professional. Our salesman, Andrew Jones, was the best!! He was very informative and helpful without ever making us feel pressure. I would highly recommend him to anyone who was looking to purchase a vehicle. He truly made the entire experience pleasant, relaxed, professional and even fun!! We also delt with Rebecca Morone in finance, who was also wonderful! She made going through all the paper work, which can sometimes be stressful, an absolute breeze. She was amazingly helpful and made every bit of the financial end very informative and comfortable. Would highly recommend her as well!! The service department was also fantastic!! Everyone that we encountered at Hamilton Honda was great. We live an hour away, so it is a bit of a trip to get there, but it is definately worth the trip and I wouldn't think about going anywhere else!! More

Last week my son and I purchased a 2012 CRV from Hamilton Honda. I have dealt with other Honda dealerships in the past for numerous purchases. I was impressed with the opportunity their website afforded me to not only check for a particular vehicle in their inventory but the prompt and professional response I received from Jen Alio regarding my inquiry. I followed up this inquiry with a visit to the dealership later that same day. I was greeted at the door and quickly introduced to Jen Alio who introduced me to saleman Humberto Salas. Humberto was courteous, friendly and professional. He actually listened to exactly what I was looking for. He provided me with a complete tour of the dealership and thoroughly explained all the advantages the dealership had to offer its customers. He then spent the time to have the exact vehicle I inquired about brought up so we could take it for a test ride. He took the time to explain in detail all of the changes the new Honda CRVs have incorporated into their vehicle. He covered every aspect of the vehicle and its operation. When I returned several days later with my son, Humberto again spent the time to cover every aspect of the dealership and the vehicle itself with my son directly. The financing portion of the deal was handled professionally and efficiently by Matt Andrews. When we completed the transaction one of the delaership managers Carl Thompson came out to introduce himself to both myself and my son and to verify everything was covered and handled in a professional manner and to our satisfaction. Needless to say I am extremely impressed with my entire experience with the dealership and its employees. I also must mention the price the dealership was able to provide for the vehicle was far better than other Honda delaers located in the area. The extras that the dealership includes with the vehicle are just additional reasons my experience was tremendous. I would not hesitate to highly recommend not only the dealership but specifically my saleman Humberto Salas. I look forward to my son utilizing all the extras the dealership has to offer and doing additional business with them in the future. More

Took my car to Hamilton Honda for Service , spend close to $1000 on the car service and they give me a estimate of whats needed belt , tie rod boots and ball joints. Asked the advisor are those things real to $1000 on the car service and they give me a estimate of whats needed belt , tie rod boots and ball joints. Asked the advisor are those things really needed , he said yes they are needed . Total repair cost would have been $500 , took the car to a different dealership didnot need tie rod boos or ball joints there was no leakage at all in these items. Car was in 2 months ago for service and Hamilton Honda couldn't recommended that cabin air filter was needed to be changed , found out when took the car to a different Honda dealer that the filter was so dirty that it should have been changed . Never going back to this dealer ever again they scare the customers for the things that are not needed. More
