I originally came to Hamilton Honda because my parents needed a new car. I had been looking for a new car, but it wasn't imperative that I buy one immediately. I had loyalty points with other dealerships, so it was going to be a hard sell for Hamilton Honda, because I had money to put toward a vehicle at other dealerships that I didn't have at Hamilton Honda. My parents were happy with their experience, and they purchased a new V6 Accord EX-L. Their sales associate was Daniel Balling. They were very happy with his service, and I had had nothing but good experiences with him when I came with my parents. Dan was great. He knew the cars inside and out. He answered all of our questions about the cars without having to go look something up. Dan was honest even to the point of not selling an accessory that he didn't think fit our needs. He never tried to pressure us into buying the car, and he never gave us anything but a smile when we asked him to run the financing numbers in five different ways on three different cars. After my parents purchased their car, I went back to Dan to look at a Civic EX. He was just as friendly and accommodating with me and my fiance as he had been with my parents. Regardless of the money I could get off other cars, I purchased a 2012 Honda Civic EX Sedan from Dan as much as I purchased the car from Hamilton Honda. Dan, working with Anthony Lidondici, a Sales Manager, did everything to get me the best possible deal on the car I wanted. There were no games or high pressure tactics. What I saw was what I got. When I took delivery of the car, Dan made sure that he went over the car from nose to tail with me. There was no question that he didn't answer, and he made sure I understood everything about the car before I drove off the lot. Even after delivery, Dan has remained in touch to follow-up with me to make sure that I am satisfied with the car and to answer any questions. In addition to the great sales staff, Hamilton Honda service has been great. I went back twice so far (once for an aftermarket accessory and once for my registration and license plates). I was always greeted with a courteous member of the service department and never had to wait. This is all over and above the great hours of the service center and the ability to get express oil changes, general vehicle inspection, or a car wash whenever I want just by visiting the Hamilton Honda's Express Service. I am very happy with my Civic so far. It's my first Honda, but I would absolutely go back to Dan Balling and Hamilton Honda for my future car purchases. Hamilton Honda has "Let us exceed your expectations" written right on the wall. Dan and the rest of the staff at Hamilton Honda certainly exceeded my expectations. More
This was my very first visit to Hamilton Honda and their service center is top notch! From the facility to their employees, everything went very smoothly. I heard about Hamilton Honda on an online car forum that I browse frequently. Everybody was talking about their "Timing Belt" special for a great price! I live in the Boston, MA area and my car was due for the timing belt service. I called a few dealers around Boston for a quote on how much the service would be. It was way more than what Hamilton was offering, so I decided to give Hamilton a call. Even though it's a 4.5 hour drive from Boston, the price difference was totally worth it! Upon arrival to the dealership, I was quickly greeted and introduced to my service advisor, Ray. He was very friendly and was thorough in explaining the service's that they were going to perform on my vehicle. After completing all the paperwork, he directed me to the loaner car specialist (forgot her name).. who was also very friendly and efficient. She got me my scheduled loaner car fairly quickly. The service lounge area is clean and spacious. Service was completed in about 5.5 hours along with a free multi-point inspection of other parts on the vehicle to ensure it's safety and they found no issues. From arrival to departure, everybody in their service center is extremely friendly and I can see why Hamilton's slogan is "Service Second to None". All I can say is that I drove 4.5 hrs to this dealership, and would do it again without any hesitation for their timing belt service or any major services for that matter. More

Best car buying experience ever. Everybody at dealership was very professional and honest. They always go the extra mile for you. Very professional dealership, well maintained and beautiful showroom. I have received outstanding service not just from My sales person Zack, but from other sales people welcoming any questions that I had while conversing with them eventhough, I did not purchase the automobile from them. Very friendly place to do business with. The staff including the Sales Manager named Carl Thompson, General Manager name Michael Fanning, my sales person names Zack Musari, and Jeff Nagley, Used car manager, and also two other sales people by the name of Richard made my experience great. Also, the Finance Manager Names Sean McHuge was outstanding and very professional. Everything was top notch service. The Sales person Zack went over all the cars features, and told me I can call him anytime I want if I had any needs to ask him a question. My sales person Zack Musari did an outstanding job. Upon driving into the parking lot the facility was clean and attractive. When I walked in I was greeted and welcomed very nicely and asked how they could help me. I meet with Sal Mukadam and he was very polite and informative and I feel really worked with in my price range and my desire for fuel milage and modern functions. We really meet those needs. Also the sales manager Carl was very warm and open to discussion. The Final person was Tammy and she worked the best financing we could get and was very helpful and informative. The entire facility has a great energy, it is clean and people really seem happy. It is also one of the cleanest garages I have ever seen. All the extra's really send Hamilton Honda over the top. I'm a repeat customer at Hamilton Honda. I've used the dealer for service on my family's various Hondas ( 2008 CR-V, 2007 Honda Accord, 2007 Honda Odessy, 2006 Honda Civic and 1993 Honda Accord. I was alw dealer for service on my family's various Hondas ( 2008 CR-V, 2007 Honda Accord, 2007 Honda Odessy, 2006 Honda Civic and 1993 Honda Accord. I was always pleased with the way I was treated when going there for service and how any problems that might ensue were dealt with in a fair and equitable manner- not that problems were the norm. When I was in the market for a car in the Summer of 2011 I went to various dealers to look at various models but always had in the back of my mind that Honda vehicles and Hamilton Honda was what I was comparing those other vehicles to. I worked with Michael Bendar on that purchase and was pleased with his efforts to make both of us happy with the purchase of a 2009 Honda Accord. I found myself in the market for a replacement vehicle for our 2008 Honda CR-V due to an accident. Hamilton Honda and Michael were the first place we went to. Unfortunately at that point we found nothing we liked. In the process of looking at other vehicles we went from a used car search to a new car search and so returned to Hamilton Honda. Unfortunately Michael was not available so John Wilson assisted us and we found a 2012 Honda CR-V EX that met our needs. We came to an agreement on the price and purchased the car. We were happy with 99% of the process and the only small hiccup which was involving replacement plates that are a bit tricky to deal with ( special commemorative plates) but in short order the confusion was cleared up and taken care of by Michael Bendar and Anthony Lindondici. I and my wife, Esther, wholeheartedly recommend purchasing a vehicle and having that vehicle serviced at Hamilton Honda. More
Walked into Hamilton Honda with nothing in hand, and still received great customer service. Patrick was very polite and helpful being that I was indecisive, he never tried to rush me into to buy what i still received great customer service.
