We have been a customer at Hamilton Honda for the service and have been very happy . After we have been long time customers of route 22 Honda, we found Hamilton Honda come to par with what we had experience and have been very happy . Well the time arrived unexpectedly that our dear white elephant 2001 Honda odyssey said it's final goodbyes. So we were at the dealership to bring a new Honda home! I must say that this was the most smoothest transaction ever made at a car dealership where the negotiations and signing a contract happened within a matter few hours and drove home in the new odyssey ! We did our homework and the negotiations were very smoothly handled and as we were spending a great deal of time at the Honda, they waived the service charges for the old vehicle and took into account the most recent services and parts put into the car and helped us with the great trade in price. Their other staff were very efficient too (Luke - finance manager) with the paperwork, calling my insurance and making the paperwork for the DMV etc. They even sponsored lunch on the house for us , a small gesture goes a long way. All sales people have lines that they are very good at rattling away to make their customers happy! But walking the talk is most meaningful to the customer and that's what I saw here. My husband and I visited Hamilton Honda for the first time on April 2, 2012 for an oil change for my son's leased Honda Civic. The friendly reception and prompt service we received in the Service Dept. time on April 2, 2012 for an oil change for my son's leased Honda Civic. The friendly reception and prompt service we received in the Service Dept. was impressive. Our lease will expire in June so we looked around and ended up leasing a new Accord to replace the Civic. Our salesman, Jon Wilson was exceptional, very informative, patient, friendly, efficient and expedient in providing the information we needed to make our decision. The finance manager, Rebecca Morone was also extremely informative and efficient in completing the paperwork. To my my mine's eye, everyone at the dealership seemed to work as a team to provide customer satisfaction. We felt no pressure during our visit. It was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership in my life. More

I came back to Hamilton Honda for a new car purchase after having to totaled my previous one. This is my third time going there in the past three years and every time they keep meeting my expectations. after having to totaled my previous one. When I came to pick up the car and finalize the deal they had the car ready for me. I was in finance in no time and out the dealership within the hour. We went to trade in a car and purchase a new one. We have never dealt with this dealership before and were very happy with our experience.
