This was the first time I negotiated a new car on my own and I was nervous that as a woman I was going to be talked down to or made to feel stupid. Not the case at all 0 it was actually alot of fun. I got to the price I felt was fair and what I had in mind before I came in, without having to really work that hard for it. I realize that the dealer still made a decent profit, but I did not feel taken advantage of and was comfortable with where things ended up. When I got to financing, even though I don't have the most stellar credit, Matthew Andrews was very nice and actually found me a far better interest rate than I ever imagined I'd get. He answered all my questions and was fast and efficient at the same time. Al Greene, Michael's boss, was very nice as well and made sure I was happy with how things went. Free oil changes and car washes are a great perk this dealer provides. I am thrilled with my new Civic EX Coupe! :) More

From the time we set foot in the door until we drove away, the experience was totaly exceptional. This is saying a lot since I have leased or purchased many cars in my life. We dealt with three individuals at the dealership and I felt that they all acted with my interest in my mind. We thoroghly enjoyed dealing with Dan Balling who did an excellent job of explaining all of the details about the car and was extremely responsive to our questions. He was totally focused on us and I really appreciated that. Shawn McHugh was patient and positive in explaining the financing aspects of the deals. Mike Fanning was great. The three men far exceeded my expectations in terms of how we were treated and the level of service they provided. I strongly commend the dealership and the people that I dealt with during my transactions for the high level of customer service. I have already recommended the people and the dealship to others.
