Had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Mr. Saporito, of this one of a kind dealership. You have to see this operation to believe it. It is the most modern dealership....can cope with any service issue and has all the amenities (TV, Internet and Reading Lounges and a Free Snack Cafe). How about Free Car Washes after you Purchase....Everyday of the week, if you want! Best of all being serviced by folks who really know their business. The salesman, Dan Balling knows his product, explains in detail every aspect of the car and features it has. He followed up with me before and after the sale. I never had purchased anything in my lifetime ( I am 71 years old) where the salesperson was concerned that I not alone knew what I purchased and how it worked, in detail, but that I was happy and comfortable with the buy. The financial transaction was presented in such a way by Ms. Becky Morone that I knew every aspect and cost associated with the lease agreement. It was explained in great detail but what was important to me it was presented in simple everyday language. Couldn't have been easier from a paperwork standpoint. Dan's boss, Carl Thompson (Sales Manager) checked on every aspect of the sale. Before I left with the car, he followed up thoroughly on my experience with the personnel associated with the sale. I never received such attention on any purchase that I have made. Shopping for a new vehicle is sometimes a scary experience, especially when you know that your trade is worth less than you owe and your goal is to lower your monthly payment. Rich and Tony took that fear away and made me the best deal on my new Accord and even stepped me up a level from an LX to an EX. When Rich showed me the service department and explained all the perks (free oil changes, free car washes, etc.), I was really sold. When I took delivery, Jim treated me in an excellent manner and did not try to push add ons as many dealers do. Overall, this was truly an amazing experience and I would recommend Hamilton Honda to anyone looking for a new or used car. I have to end this by mentioning that my husband took the car in today for the "we owe" side moldings and raved about the service staff (Ceil, Dave and Harvey), the free WiFi and especially the free coffee. More
Adam was by far the nicest person I've ever encountered in an auto dealership. He was courteous, and, most importantly, was especially knowledgeable of the vehicle I was seeking. When the vehicle was delivered, he made certain I was familiar with its operation and the vast array of technical features, which were unlike anything I had seen in the past. While my spouse was not present at the time of delivery, he urged me to bring her to the dealership to get her familiarized, as well. He provided me his cell phone number should any questions arise in the future. It was a very pleasant experience, and very much unlike past experiences at other dealerships. More
