I have purchased and leased a car from this dealership in the last six months. My experience has been nothing short of excellent. Unfortunately I went back yesterday to lease a third vehicle with my parents the last six months. My experience has been nothing short of excellent. Unfortunately I went back yesterday to lease a third vehicle with my parents who live with me. We met with Pat Sullivan again, he has been wonderful to deal with and is one of the main reasons why I keep coming back. We went because I received a mailer from the dealership about an exchange program they were offering. The program consisted of either a lease of $139 / month and no money down or purchase with .9% financing of a 2012 Civic LX. The deal also included up to $2500 over the trade in value of your old car. They offered us $500 for the trade, that is what they said it was valued at. I requested that they honor the deal that they offered and give us enough over the trade value to cover their expenses. They raised the trade value up to $750. At this time Pat called over his manager Chris Mazzeo. I have to say, after dealing with this man I am not sure if I will ever return to the dealership to buy or lease another car. He made me feel like he couldn't care less if we made the deal. My past history with the dealership did not matter to him, he just brushed us off and said thats all I am giving on the trade. The entire conversation took about 5 minutes. He said I misunderstood the mailer. That really insulted me,the mailer was very clear. He tried to claim it was one or the other, $139 / month or up to $2500 over trade value. My parents have decided to lease the vehicle inspite of this. I know this dealership has a history of trying to undercut people on their trade value. My parents car was valued at $1175 - $2750 on blackbook which is linked to their website. If you are going to disregard what blackbook says then remove the link from your site, its very misleading. In short, they will be back on Monday to finalize the deal but I have not decided yet if I will return for my next purchase. It's a shame because I really love the dealership and their service department is one of the best. I did not purchase my Odyssey at this dealer but I bring it to them for all my service. If you go to Hamilton Honda please don't expect to get much for your trade, don't believe any of the mailers they send you and stay away from Chris Mazzeo he is the first person in three trips that has made me consider never returning. If you do go please ask for Patrick Sullivan and so far I have had nothing but good experiences with their service department. More

I got an email from their sales person asking when I was going to stop by. I told her that I had no reason to stop in unless I was picking up a car. I knew exactly what I wanted, the terms, my credit tier, but they were more interested in parading me around the dealership to "sell" me what they had rather than allow me to "buy" what I was interested in. I was told that if I don't come in, they can't give me a quote. YOU LOSE!!! Now I am on their email list which I have now requested on 3 separate occasions to be removed from. Internet sales means just that. I guess they are not interested in selling cars but just sending out mass emails. I went to Willis in Burlington. They were willing to deal over the phone and internet. I came in, sat with sales person for 10 minutes and was in and out of the finance office in 20 minutes. THATS HOW I WANT TO BUY A CAR!!!! More

Jim from finace was also a godsend helping me get the best value for the car. I didnt know anything about the car buying process but Zach and Jim made it a pleasurable experience and I will continue to do business with Hamilton Honda and recommend Hamilton Honda to my family and friends. My husband and I went to the dealership to talk about a lease of a CRV. We had seen the newspaper ad and wanted to check and see what they had available. WOW, this was a wonderful experience. I don't know if everyone feels this way about getting a new car but I Always do this with a feeling of dread and apprehension. My husband is much more of an adult about the process but even he does not this high on his lists of things to do with a Saturday afternoon. We were greeted at the door by a lovely friendly young woman who obviously was an asset to the dealership. I do not remember her name which is too bad because I would like to acknowledge her by name. She introduced us to Sal our sales person. He was a pleasure to work with, knew what he was talking about, was proud of the dealership and it showed in the way he showed us around and pointed out the workings of the plant. I use the word plant because this is a full service place. For the car and the owner this is a place where someone took the time to make sure that their product was showcased and that people who had bought or were thinking of buying the product were handled like they were valued. We leased the CRV dealt with Sean McHugh to get the financial dealings done. Totally painless and handled quickly and courteously. These people know their business do it well and sure seem to like what they are doing. All during the time we were there both sales and financing were concerned about our time and comfort. When is the last time you felt like you were of important to a merchant even after you spent your money? As the car was delivered Sal spent a lot of time with us making sure that we knew how things worked with the car, with service and with the dealership. This was followed up by a manager, again I have forgotten his name, lord getting old isn't fun. Another upbeat employee who just wanted to make sure everything went according to dealership and owner expectations and then we were off with the new car. This took less time than it takes me to grocery shop and I certainly have more to show for it at the end of the process. Thank you Hamilton Honda. Thank you Sal and Sean. I will recommend you all to everyone I know. More

I purchased my own vehicle from Hamilton Honda back in 2009 and Zack was my salesman. I searched high and low to find his business card. I contacted Zack right away and all my problems were solved. He jumped right on the task of finding the right vehicle and the right price for my daughter. He was so patient and professional, that I felt as if he was my personal car shopper. He took care of everything in no time. I called Zack on Monday and was in the dealership to purchase the car on Thursday and that was only because I had a class on Tuesday and Zack was off on Wednesday. He is a great salesman and I vow to never lose his business card again because I am referring family and friends to Hamilton Honda. I was also helped by Rebecca Morone who was a pleasure and wrapped the deal up so gracefully. She has a great personality and was very informative. I feel as though Zack and Rebecca treated us like we were family and that is a great feeling. Whatever you do, don't lose these two people because they keep me coming back to Hamilton Honda. I have purchased 3 Honda Accords in the last 2 years, I think that says alot about my satisfaction. You only return to a place where you feel welcomed and satisfied. More

Rebecca Morone: one of the most professional and knowledgeable people I have ever dealt with. She was very patient with my questions. Her presentation regarding various options (warranties and other packages and upgrades to the car) which normally, I would turn off and give a blanket "no" answer to was so thorough and again, knowledgeable that I was actually grateful for her input. Hamilton Honda is very fortunate to count these two people as employees. They turned the experience of car shopping, which I normally dread, into a pleasurable experience. More

The first time when we we're looking for a car Humberto Salas approached us in the lot asking us if he can help us, very well mannered a second time.
