Jeff was phenomenal. He listened to what our needs were and did not try to put us in an uncomfortable financial position. This was my first visit to Hamilton Honda, although I've been a Honda owner for years. I was very impressed with the whole team. Everyone was very friendly and eager to help in my purchase. I was introduced to many individuals, from one of the owners,(Jesse Amstead), to the Manager and other sales and loan individuals. My sales consultant, David Westoff, was the best! He was very knowledgeable about the entire buying process. He spent a great deal of time with me going over equipment in my new CRZ hybrid and even set up my Blue Tooth for me. I have to say, the entire buying experience was a good one and I highly recommend Hamilton Honda. Keep up the good work everyone. I think your goal of becoming the largest Honda dealership in the country is off to a great start! More

We had the feeling that we were dealing with, if not family members, someone we have known for a long time. It was a great experience, from the time we walked in the door and met Craig Kupper, your sales representative, to the time we left with our new purchase. Every member of your staff was kind, courteous and very accommodating to our needs. Everyone was very professional and very friendly, putting us at ease from start to finish. I would like to single out Derek Battle, your business manager. He gave us a 1:00 p.m. appointment for the next day to complete the financial forms. When he came to get us as we were sitting, talking with Craig, I happen to look down at my watch; it was exactly 1:00 o’clock. Very impressive! It has only been two days and already two individuals have asked where we got our vehicle and were we happy with the service. My experience with Hamilton Honda, and particularly with Dave Westoff, was wonderful. I made it clear up front that a recent experience with another Honda dealership, Honda of Princeton, left me annoyed sin Dave Westoff, was wonderful. I made it clear up front that a recent experience with another Honda dealership, Honda of Princeton, left me annoyed since the sales guy there wouldn't stop calling me... I heard from him more than I hear from my mother! Dave at Hamilton Honda got the idea right away and let me manage the sales timeline on my terms, which as luck would have it, was quick anyway! Dave was friendly, knowledgeable but not condescending, and did not try to push me to get added features or other things I did not need. I ended up leasing a CR-Z. When I was determining whether to get the base or higher model, he did not push me toward the higher model, which I appreciate. I got it anyway, but that was my choice. Also, we had great conversations about hybrid technology and the lease vs buy debate. He helped me find a car that suited me, and I would definitely seek him out the next time I'm looking to buy a car. Hamilton Honda is only two years old. The building is immaculate. The repair shop recycles, avoid chemicals, and is as green as possible. I haven't used it yet, but they also have free oil changes and car washes for the life of the vehicle. I just bought mine on Friday but will certainly use these in the future. More

I test drove a couple of cars and decided on a vehicle. When I returned on Monday to sign the papers I was unsure of the original decision I had made. I expressed my desire to test drive an EX-L V6 and ended up switching from the 4 cylinder I was going to purchase to the V6. They were understanding and assured me that my total satisfaction was most important to them....and they delivered!!!! I am now very happy and pleased with my decision and thrilled with my new car....I love, love, love it. And, let's not forget they offer a state-of-the-art customer lounge providing comfort for those of us who wish to wait while our vehicle is receiving a service, i.e., FREE OIL CHANGE AND/OR CAR WASH. I still can't believe I will never have another out-of-pocket expense for either of these services for the life of my car and they are open 7 days a week. I guess I could go on and on, but by now I'm sure you get the message....I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY NEW CAR and Hamilton Honda!!! Thank you again to the professional team I worked with. More
