So my daughter went back to get the filters and they handed them to her….not offering to put them in. My daughter is not a mechanic. I have been going to Hamilton Honda since 2012 and have purchased two cars and the service department has declined tremendously..it’s almost impossible to even get someone on the phone..I understand staffing issues but putting the filters in my daughters hands….we can do better than this…very disappointed
