They inspected the vehicle, diagnosed a stuck rear caliper and performed the repairs quickly. I would especially like to say thank you to our Ser vice Advisor, Nicole Jager. She went above and beyond in communicating the issue to us throughout the day, sourcing a part in which no OEM was readily available and answering all of our questions When we picked up the truck, she spend time going over every line item on the service ticket to make sure we were satisfied. She didn't rush us out the door or simply hand us the paperwork and direct us to the cashier...she treated us like family and reaffirmed why we choose Hamilton Honda. She is an outstanding ambassador for the company and I look forward to working with her in the future. Thank you! More
