Everything is fine with the regular service, it is efficient and the representative was very good about taking care of the service and communicating with me. However, I am giving 3 stars because I expressed an issue with the apple car, where it frequently stops working and I have to reboot the radio over and over again. I was told it is because of Apple and their operating system and there has to be a bug fix on their end to fix it. I asked if they could just run a diagnostic on the radio to make sure that is what it is and was told no. I understand they are knowledgeable and they are probably right, however, what if they are not and it is something wrong with the car system itself? How can they know without checking it. I told the representative that this is an extremely important function in the car as I am on the road frequently for work and need that function to communicate with my office and be on meeting calls. If that function does not work in this car, then I will have to look into another brand car when my lease expires next year. I hate to do this because I love my Honda but I really need this to work. I think they should have checked it out anyway just to confirm the issue. More
