I had an issue with my car (the rear spring for the shock absorber exploded while I was at a red light) and needed a loaner and they told me to come back first thing in the morning because they didn’t have o absorber exploded while I was at a red light) and needed a loaner and they told me to come back first thing in the morning because they didn’t have one available. Then gave me a car I saw there the day I first dropped off my car. They told me that I would have to return it the following Tuesday or I would have to pay a rental fee. I showed up the following Tuesday to drop off the car just to be told the repairs could take another two weeks but that I could keep the car. Instead of just emailing me or texting me they made me come to the dealership with my girlfriend to waste my time. They also tried to tell me that my CPO warranty only covered power train when it specifically says it covers bumper to bumper issues as well. It turned out I was 6 months out of my CPO but having to fight with the service manager over the original terms of the warranty was extremely frustrating. Not to mention the part that failed is normally guaranteed for the lifetime of the car and they didn’t seem to care. More

After having my last car for over twenty years, the thought of having to buy a new one filled me with dread. It would be my first time buying a car on my own, so I was unsure what to expect. Mike reall thought of having to buy a new one filled me with dread. It would be my first time buying a car on my own, so I was unsure what to expect. Mike really put in a lot of work to get me a deal I was happy with. He also showed a lot of patience in helping me through the whole process. I never felt pressured, and the whole experience was much simpler than I expected. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking for a new car. More
