I brought my car in on a Tuesday and was told the brakes needed to be replaced. None of the repairs were covered under warranty and I was at 35,000 miles. On Wed my service provider called and said he was needed to be replaced. None of the repairs were covered under warranty and I was at 35,000 miles. On Wed my service provider called and said he was giving me a loaner since the parts needed to be ordered. On Friday I called for an update since I was never given a timeframe. My service provider never called me back nor did he answer any of my texts. It wasn't until the following Wed that I was told it would be another 2-3 weeks for the parts to come in. I should have been told this on day one not over a week later. I will not bring my car back to Hamilton Mazda for service. More
