When I bought my Mazda 6 it came with free oil changes, which have been done and I am happy with the service. Also, my car is to be washed every time I bring it in. The fact is that never happens (I understand inclement weather) when I have talked to the service manager about it he told me it is a courtesy and I shouldn't expect this service. I, on the other hand, have a document stating I should get this service. Needless to say, I do not hold any company in high regard that does not fulfill its promises and that makes excuses for why it will not fulfill its promises. More
