Very friendly and nice. But I got stuck that afternoon with a flat tire 5 hours after leaving dealership from a week of service. Overall I had a great experience. David Heupel was extremely friendly and very nice. I didn't like that my recall for my breaks couldn't get done due to computer issues I was told.
