I said the price I wanted to pay, Neal said he'd talk to his manager. The next morning Neal called and said what I understood was he could do the $30k. I was excited and confirmed we'd be in that night. We his manager. The next morning Neal called and said what I understood was he could do the $30k. I was excited and confirmed we'd be in that night. We got the papers and it showed $30,500. We questioned it and he said no that's not what he had said. I was just disappointed because I told him I was looking to pay the $30K, so he threw in a free oil change to compensate. In the end I paid $530 more than I expected. Does 1 oil change really make up for that? More
