Brought my CX-30 in for an oil change and tire rotation. There was a issue with one wheel lock that got stripped with the air wrench. The dealer fixed it and gave me new locks at no charge. We purchased our car six months ago from Mazda Hamilton and were impressed with the service that we received. Steve made the arrangements to have the car serviced and his professionalism was far greater th and were impressed with the service that we received. It's so common to hear horror stories of people dropping their cars off at other dealerships, that we didn't have such high expectations. Fortunately, we were treated like family by Steve during our first visit. A few days later we had a nail stuck in our tire and needed it removed. Minutes before closing, they were willing to accommodate us in our emergency. Upon our arrival, Steve recognized us from earlier and once again gave us stellar service! I can't put into words how nice it feels to be treated like a human being and not just another number. Thank you so much, Steve and the Hamilton Mazda team- you have two clients for life and we are already looking forward to our next purchase! And we love the quiet, immaculate waiting area!
