Wait time was approximately one hour and 10 minutes for oil change. I would return in future for other services based on reasonableness of quoted costs and my experience with this dealership to date. they are pretty nice, and tend to help, good customer service and I like how it’s clean and you can watch a video on your car it’s pretty good. The entire process was excellent. .. until the end. The service staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent about the process until it came time to pick up my car. The service staff stated I owed $128 for something that was supposed to be covered under warranty. This charge was never discussed with me or signed off by me. After fighting it, I was able to right the issue and not pay for this phantom charge, but the fact that all three service reps synced their stories and said I signed off on such a charge when I never did and never spoke to the tech live (was updated so through text) was very disheartening. Won't be going back ever again. More
