We purchased a new 2024 Nissan kicks from this dealership. After less than two years, the plastic molding on the rear quarter panels has basically melted and has started coming off. My wife took i dealership. After less than two years, the plastic molding on the rear quarter panels has basically melted and has started coming off. My wife took it in to have these replaced and they told her it’s not covered under warranty even though it’s been less than two years and she only has 20,000 miles on the vehicle, they were also very rude to her and were laughing behind her back because she came in for such a “stupid thing“. We have contacted Fitzgerald Nissan in Chambersburg and they are going to replace them under warranty and do the job that this xxxxty dealership refused to do. If I could give it negative rating I would unfortunately it doesn’t allow anything less than a one star but that is about five stars two many! STAY AWAY!! More

My salesman Duane was very helpful and explained all our questions. Additional information was presented that we didn't have knowledge of.
