I was acknowledged almost immediatel Without an appointment, I pulled into the service area requesting a routine 6 month oil change and tire rotation. I was acknowledged almost immediately, my information processed and told, with apologies, it would be about an hour and five minutes because they were a tad busy. No problem. Went to the customer waiting area, paged through a couple magazines and about 50 minutes later heard my name called on the service speaker. Done, washed and vacuumed! Service was great, service advisor very informative and personable. I apologize for not getting his name, but the gentleman who cleaned and vacuumed my vehicle earned my thanks and appreciation. He’s always in a good mood with a great smile and because of his people skills and uplifting personality, I leave there with a smile on my face along with a well serviced vehicle. Please pass my compliments to this beautiful soul. Thank you More
