I took my vehicle for first”free oil change. They said wiper blades were bad which I think were. They charged me $80 dollars for 2 blades. They should be charged with robbery!! I've purchased two Nissan trucks from Hamilton over many years and am very satisfied with my buying and service experiences. Will Swartz sold me the 2017 Nissan Titan I currently own and Karl Collum is my years and am very satisfied with my buying and service experiences. Will Swartz sold me the 2017 Nissan Titan I currently own and Karl Collum is my service manager. Both are extremely professional and highly competent. Will was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and very thorough in answering all my questions as I considered it's purchase. Karl recently helped me navigate a repair to the ignition switch interlock. Although the repair didn't work the first time, Karl fit me in the very next day and had the repair done correctly. Even though I had to wait two hours for the repair, there were no additional costs to me. I travel 26 miles to have my truck maintained and serviced at Hamilton Hagerstown. To me, the reliability and concierge service they provide are worth it. Even though I am dissapointed Nissan discontinued the Titan, I will buy my next Nissan from Hamilton. More
Yesterday, I went in to get help syncing my new phone to my car...Jackson went above & beyond to assist me. DO NOT BUY USED CARS FROM THEM! They sold me a broken car and wouldn't take responsibility for it! 3 months after purchase the whole engine blew out. Three days after purchase I had to go back because the car was falling apart underneath. They don't fix or check the used cars before they sell, they only clean a little and done. The engine was faulty at time of purchase proved by Chrysler when took to service. Hamilton Nissan offered a lifetime benefit ar time of purchase for the engine and guess what , Will Swartz at Hamilton Nissan told me to read the small print because my car does not qualify. Also, the car they sold to me had an important recall and they made me sign off that there are no recalls on the car. It's a Complete trash company that don't care after the customer leaves the parking lot. More
