2010 Infiniti G37 Check Engine Diagnosis Excellent Service! Had check engine light problems with my 2010 Infiniti G37, contacted Hamilton Nissan, (they informed me they could do the service, Excellent Service! Had check engine light problems with my 2010 Infiniti G37, contacted Hamilton Nissan, (they informed me they could do the service, even though it was an Infinti) they got me in at 10 am with NO appointment on a Friday, they were very busy, but worked me in! They performed the diagnosis, completed repairs and had my car ready to go by 6:00 pm! Very Impressed! Outstanding service by Andy Eshleman! He kept me informed every step of the way and was a great service advisor! Highly Recommend Hamilton Nissan and especially "KUDOS" to Service Advisor, Andy Eshleman! More

Not happy with service They put car on diagnostic and it didn’t show an issue so they didn’t persue issues. They did fix the heat shield but none of it was covered on the extended warranty I purchased in the beginning. I still have the bogging down issue when I come to a stoplight or stop. The car wash they offer was a joke. More

Great service and great price They were able to get my specialty tires within a couple days. The price of the tires, putting them on and the alignment was cheaper than what I had p They were able to get my specialty tires within a couple days. The price of the tires, putting them on and the alignment was cheaper than what I had paid at another store for just the tires. I will definitely use them in the future for my tires and alignment. Plus from getting tires from them I get free tire rotations for the life of the tire. More
Purchase of Certified Vehicle 2nd purchase of vehicle from this dealership. 1st purchase my wife and I were very happy. This purchase we chose a certified vehicle because of ease of mind of vehicle’s condition. Thought warranty of vehicle was better than used vehicle but by the time my wife and I were signing paperwork we were told warranty of vehicle only included engine and drivetrain and if anything else broke after leaving the dealership we were out of luck unless we purchased extended warranty. Once we arrived home looked for owners manual of vehicle but it was no where to be found. I called the next day and spoke to Dwain and was told he would try to locate the manual. Dwain called the next day and left a voice mail saying he would order me a new manual. My wife and I are happy with the 2017 Nissan Rouge we purchased. I wish the owners manual had been in the vehicle but Dwain was quick to order a replacement. We are happy with our purchase. On a final note, Hamilton Nissan has the best service department I have ever been to and we will be bringing our vehicle there for routine maintenance. More
