I took a mechanic along for a test ride to show him the problem I was experiencing, although he couldn't feel I was extremely happy with my service. never recommend 3rd time trying to schedule oil change . finally got appointment for 06/29/18 at 11:30 for oil change. waited 90 minute then left. Very appreciative of extra care like washing the inside windows when I asked and taking time to just be human and humbling to talk with me.
