Had oil changed and tires rotated. Also 30000 mi. Service. Service was satisfactory. I find this very offensive. I stated that it was satisfactory and that is all I'm going to say. Excellent customer service I went in for the oil change I was due for, and told them I already knew I needed tires (as this would be checked on the multi point inspection). When I went in for the oil change I was due for, and told them I already knew I needed tires (as this would be checked on the multi point inspection). When my service rep was reviewing my service history he found that on my air bag recall only the drivers side had been done; the passenger side still needed done. I was able to get that done in the same visit. He also got me quotes for tires. Since they were in stock, and I had time, I was also able to get them done on that visit. (My oil change was scheduled for early in the morning.) I've dealt with various service reps and have always been treated good. As a single woman I've never been talked to like I don't have a clue and they've never tried to get more work out of me. Any work that I've had to pay for has been reasonably priced and well done. I've never been to a dealership service center like this before I found Hamilton. They are fantastic. More

Not what I expected I have used this service center before and was very happy. This last exsperince not so much. My vehicle was return back to me with leftover parts (doo I have used this service center before and was very happy. This last exsperince not so much. My vehicle was return back to me with leftover parts (door windowpane of glass) and mechanisms my speaker doesn’t in my door the door doesn’t lock now and the body molding on the door was re attached with double sided tape which is now half way off of the door. The receptionist was AWSOME as was the Collision Professional . As I said before I used this place before and have had 5 star service not sure what happen this time. More

Overall decent experience I would have given five stars if I wouldn't have had to return to have a flashing airbag light checked out and remedied. Great work and follow up! Friendly staff! My truck had an electrical issue. problem was found, part ordered, truck fixed.
