complementary oil change I gave this 3 stars because I was told from the very beginning that you don't need to make an appointment to have my oil changed. And that it will tak I gave this 3 stars because I was told from the very beginning that you don't need to make an appointment to have my oil changed. And that it will take about 45 minutes or so. That is so far from the truth. I have been in 3 different times only to have a person at the desk tell me "do you have an appointment"? I said no and he says well it will be about 1-1/2 to 2 hrs. waiting. That is freaking ridiculous. So my reviews about service and anything else is sketchy. I will say that Don Snuffer is a top rated service man though. He has the knowledge and understanding to be in the public spectrum. Some others on the floor ...not so much. I'm sorry but that is how it is. You need more people like him for sure. More
