Oil Change and Car Wash Promise Not Honored When I bought my car from Hamilton Nissan several years ago, they offered a free oil changes, tire rotations, and car washes as a incentive to buy the When I bought my car from Hamilton Nissan several years ago, they offered a free oil changes, tire rotations, and car washes as a incentive to buy the car. So, I bought the car assured this would be a benefit for a long as I owned the car. This was the case for a number of yeas. When I needed a oil change and tire rotation, Hamilton Nissan fulfilled their promise. When my car need washed, Hamilton Nissan fulfilled their promise. They also provided a shuttle service to take me back home. However, as time went on, Hamilton Nissan changed their promise, The first thing to go was having my car washed when it needed it. That as reduced to only when I had my oil changed. The next thing to go was not offering a shuttle service on weekends, which was the only time I could take may care for an oil change. I can understand a business reducing their costs, but they should consider their promises made in their past transactions. So, what else will not be honored by Hamilton Nissan? More
