Tires, Tires, Tires Car brought for regular service, including tire rotation. Chris took initial info for service advisor Nick, but Chris failed to enter my concern that Car brought for regular service, including tire rotation. Chris took initial info for service advisor Nick, but Chris failed to enter my concern that Tire Indicator warning was flashing. So, when service was finished, I went to drive away and tire indicator still on. Nick quickly assessed and resolved the problem and noted that sidewall of one tire was badly abraded and advised possible tire replacement, which the technician had not picked up on. The vehicle went back to service for new tire. Directly after leaving the dealership, getting up to speed on I-70, there was a funny feeling/sound to the tires, but this resolved. After arriving in Silver Spring many miles later, I found that one of my new $30 wheel covers had flown off somewhere along the way. This was from a tire other than the newly replaced one, but one that had been rotated that day. And to think that when I replaced the wheel covers, I donated three of my original ones to Hamilton Nissan for their shop supply. I feel cheated! I usually have nothing but good things to say about service, so this was an unusual experience. What can you do to restore my faith? Thanks for the opportunity to comment. More

Detail I have had many services performed at Hamilton Nissan over the years but this was one of the most disappointing. They had my vehicle for 7 hours for a I have had many services performed at Hamilton Nissan over the years but this was one of the most disappointing. They had my vehicle for 7 hours for a 4 hour detail appointment. When I got the car back, the inside was immaculate. But the outside of the car was still didty/streaky and covered with dead insects. And the service advisor never even bothered to contact me throughout the day to give me any status updates, I had to reach out to find anything out. More
