Excellent! I drive from Cumberland, MD, to Hagerstown which is about an hour and 15 minute drive. It was raining, and I was about 5 minutes late for my appointment. They were very understanding and assured me that it wasn't a problem at all. They gave me an estimate of an hour and 15 minutes for all of my service. My car was actually ready in 55 minutes, and it was $41 less than my original estimate! I was very appreciative and able to get an earlier start on dinner at Red Lobster. My car was well-taken care of, and everyone was very helpful, friendly, and polite. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! More

Simple oil change and tire rotation Arrived at the dealership with my Nissan Frontier for an oil change and tire rotation. I noticed after 1 1/2 hrs that my vehicle was not completed af Arrived at the dealership with my Nissan Frontier for an oil change and tire rotation. I noticed after 1 1/2 hrs that my vehicle was not completed after being told that the wait was about 1 hr. Talked to the service tech and was told because of a glitch in their computer system that my vehicle was placed at the bottom of the list (how does this happen??). Then the tech said that he was sorry and they were working on my vehicle now. Then after another hour it was done and I hope correctly!!! There is no reason for this happening. The tech should have been monitoring each vehicle he is assigned to. I guess like most other things I will need to monitor my own vehicle through the service process in the future. Also, this is not the first time I have had issues with this dealership! More
