Bad service I dropped my car off T 6:00 am . It was getting an oil change and diagnostics on my air conditioner. I came back to pick it up at 2:40 and it wasn’t f I dropped my car off T 6:00 am . I am not even sure if the oil change was done because the sticker was never changed. More

Slow service dept Regardless of having an appointment a basic oil change & tire rotation service takes me 1 1/2 to 2 hours which is absolutely ridiculous. Especially when my car is sitting in the bay to leave for 15-20 minutes before the service person advisor comes to get you. The service advisor doesn’t read the inspection and gives conflicting info compared to the print out. I can’t stand this service dept. the only reason I’m returning is because I have 2 more ‘free’ oil changes in my service package. More
