Inspection shows wiper blades passing despite a non-functional left blade. Inspection passed all four tires before moving my bald tire to the front of my front-wheel drive. Not sure how this isn't fraud. Can't recommend. More

Never going back to this place I took my F-150 to the collision center to get some work done after a tree fell on it. The staff was really friendly, but unfortunately the positives I took my F-150 to the collision center to get some work done after a tree fell on it. The staff was really friendly, but unfortunately the positives about the experience end at that. They officially quoted 11 days to get the work done but told me it would be amazing for it to take longer than 5. For 90% of the work, this was true and was almost done after 5 days. It then ended up taking the entire 11 days due to mistakes in ordering parts. After ordering/receiving the wrong part 3 times they went to a hardware store to replace the part they needed. So the 11th day comes around and they called and said the work was complete and I could get my truck back. When I went to pick it up where was still a chip in the paint that wasn't fixed, the interior of my vehicle was filthy with paint chips and metal shavings from the repair process, there were actually pieces of trash like old weatherstripping and adhesive strips as well as piles of shavings in the bed of the truck, and one of the overhead lamps was still not functioning. The most annoying part of all of this was that my truck sat there for an entire week that they were waiting on one piece of hardware to finish the job and yet these issues were still not caught by anyone. So they offered to fix the issues of course, and gave my truck a full detailing and got the chip taken care of and the light back in working order. So then I go to pick it up after this was completed and there was still the trash/shavings left in the bed that I specifically told them about. I realize it is a truck bed and meant to get dirty, but leaving trash in a customer's vehicle is unacceptable regardless of where it is left. So the guy offered to drop it off another time and they would take care of it but I just wanted my truck back at that point and told them not to worry about it. Overall it was a long drawn out headache but the paint does look good and they righted everything that was wrong with my service. More
