Always Happy I'm always happy with your service, but this time I was surprised at how long it took to diagnose flashing airbag light. Usually when bring my vehicl I'm always happy with your service, but this time I was surprised at how long it took to diagnose flashing airbag light. Usually when bring my vehicle in for repair, I have a report in couple hours. This time it took 6+ hours . I brought my vehicle in the morning and almost by the end of the day I being told what repairs are needed and costs. After I paid for my service and later when I got home, I had an email listing the services I accepted and declined ( I love that you do this). One listing in the email said the service required immediate attention, but back at the service center when I was talking to Nick, he said it could wait. Why is there a difference in what I'm being told and what's being recorded for your records in an email? More
