When I arrived onsite to look at cars and explore my options, Sohail made me feel at ease when dealing with him. We spent hours together as I (and my family) asked a plethora of questions about the different models of SUVs on the lot. He was patient, kind, and relateable throughout the whole process. The same level of professionalism was carried out with Tom and the service team. As soon as I arrived, Tom was ready to take care of me. He was knowledgeable and prompt. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location over Princeton or Edison. Before making a deal at the Hamilton location, I had gone to look at cars at the Princeton and Edison locations atleast two different times. Both locations lacked some customer service and had limited selections. More
