Craig is definitely a VW enthusiast, he is very knowledgeable about the cars, and was very helpful. He truly wanted to sell me the right car for me, not just make a sale. As matter of fact he talked me out of the first car I wanted and into a car that had less options. He recognized that I shouldn't purchase rear side airbags since I have small children. I appreciated that very much!! It was more like talking with another VW guy than a salesman. I've found that many salespeople don't care to know their product line nor seem to care about their customers. Not the case with Craig! It was a pleasure. No hassles, stress free! More

It was a wonderful experience working with him. He was not the typical, pushy salesman. Rather, he was very knowledgable, personable, and genuinely interested in making sure all my needs were met. I did not feel like I was being sold to, which made my car buying experience better than I ever expected. I purchased an '08 Jetta from Craig and could not be happier! More
Worst salesmen i ever dealt with, and ive dealt with a lot. The good reviews about him on this site must be written my Craig himself. Craig was very instrumental in getting a sale and getting the best car for us at the same time. We went in looking for a hatchback and when we were not satisfied with the Rabbit he suggested Getta wagon, whi the best car for us at the same time. I had not been planning to purchase a new car but was forced to since a broken timing belt ruined the engine of my 2002 Passat. The service department was very helpful and took the time to explain in detail what needed to be done if I was going to repair my car. Craig worked very hard to help me through the disappointment of having to trade my Passat. He even managed to get me excited about my new unanticipated purchase. This dealership sold me a car with some minor damage (small dent on the drivers side) that I didnt notice when I bought the car. They represented it as mint condition and said it was a managers car and (small dent on the drivers side) that I didnt notice when I bought the car. They represented it as mint condition and said it was a managers car and they took great care of it. Within the next week I noticed the damage and asked them about it when I went to get my plates. I was surprised and offended that they told me they couldnt help me and that it was hard for them to believe that it wasnt me that caused the damage. Not only was it not my fault, but the dent was something that had been obviously previously fixed and popped out. I thought maybe since I am a young woman they just werent taking me seriously but when my father went to talk to them they were even more nasty saying that within the last week i must have gotten into an accident, gotten it fixed, and had the repair fall apart. Although it was obviously their fault they refused to accomodate me in any way and offered $100 towards a job that would cost hundreds. You would think that after I payed over 20,000 on a car they would fix their mistakes, but apparently the management is so dishonest that they wont even do that. Save yourself the headache and buy your car somewhere else More

I have purchased a '01 Jetta from this dealer and had some of the worst experiences when I go there for service. Being that I'm Asian, I get the typical rural caucasian floor mat treatment where they do some of the worst experiences when I go there for service. Also, I had my '02 Eurovan MV serviced part of 4 year bumper to bumper warranty, and they kept saying it was fixed and for the third time, problem persisted. Parts department is no better where I believe they sell parts above the MSRP, total ripoff. As suggested by the salesman, I had Hamilton VW install aftermarket sunroof, DVD player, and host of other goodies. When I took it back to them because I was not happy with the quality and the driver's seat wasn't right, they told me to go to the place where I had it installed. Total nightmare, I told them I do not know because they took it to someone to install it. Avoid this dealer at all cost, they are rude, incompentent, and dishonest, not to mention racist! More
