I brought my car in for a check engine light and they told me the entire turbo needed to be replaced — thousands of dollars. It wasn’t until I pushed further that they realized this was under warranty. W told me the entire turbo needed to be replaced — thousands of dollars. It wasn’t until I pushed further that they realized this was under warranty. When I picked up after that repair, my entertainment system would not work (it had been working when I dropped it off). I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment and was told that it would be $2,000 to fix my touch screen that broke while in their care. I will not be returning to this service center again. More
